Ingredients :
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp of pandan paste
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • shredded coconut to fill

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl except for the coconut milk and plain milk. Pour the milk and coconut milk little by little while whisking the batter. Make sure the batter is thoroughly mixed.

  1. Preheat the mold using a medium flame.
  2. Grease the mold. Remember to use a Pandan leaf for the greasing.
  3. Pour the batter into the mold until it almost filled up. Let it set until the edges are hardened.

  1. Spread a teaspoonful of sugar over them. Close the mold with a pot lid and cook until it's ready, which is about 2 minutes. For extra crispy, cook it a bit longer but be careful that it doesn't overcook.
  2. Remove them from the mold with a fork and it's done.
